Just an update on our beautiful home. It has been two years since you and your team completed the renovation on our house at Blairgowrie.
We just wanted to let you know how much we love what you did. The project was a complete renovation and extension of a mid-century modern home.
What could have been a job fraught with many issues, your professionalism and experience ensured there were minimal problems, and those which did occur were resolved promptly.
The workmanship was exemplary. Dealing with you and your team was a pleasure.

We were initially introduced to Ryan from Eighth Degree Homes through a close friend whom, is actually a well-respected and award-winning Builder in Melbourne. He highly recommended Ryan to build our Custom Design Home.
The process of building with Eighth Degree Homes provided us with confidence from beginning to end. In coming to the initial meeting with an existing set of plans/design, we were able to discuss our vision and concepts with Ryan and understand the complete building process. Since the building process has been completed Ryan and his wife have become close friends, you could even say part of the family.
We are about to embark on an overseas trip and Ryan has even let our kids know that if they have any issue no matter how small he will be over straight away to resolve whatever is required.

From our first meeting, Ryan was professional to work with and demonstrated that he had a good understanding of the design details, the budget restrictions and our personal requirements for the renovation. Ryan has his own team – not subcontractors. This was a major consideration in our decision to engage him. Ryan executed the build to a standard above and beyond our expectations.
The renovation was not easy for us to oversee on a regular basis - we placed full trust in Ryan and his team to complete the build – and they never disappointed us.
Ryan discussed every variation with us in depth both aesthetically and financially – and never allowed a variation to occur without both parties complete consent. As in any renovation many variations arose.
